Subscription Policy
PAYMENT POLICY

If you purchase a monthly subscription, your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase for your first month of use. After this initial payment, your credit card will be automatically charged on the same day the subsequent month for the use of this application, until you cancel your subscription.

If you purchase an annual subscription, your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase for the entire subscription amount. You will receive an email notification 30 days prior to your subscription expiration date that inform you of subscription renewal. If no action is taken, your subscription will continue.

Subscription Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Information
By accepting these standard terms, you authorize Vessel Database to automatically bill the charge card you have provided until you cancel this subscription. You understand that there is no refunds policy in effect. You are billed according to the "Billing Policies" described below. In conjunction with this policy, you may cancel this subscription at any time, but Vessel Database will not refund any remaining portion of your subscription fees, including any minimum commitments, already billed to your account. You agree to provide Vessel Database with valid, accurate and up-to-date credit card and contact information. Failure to comply may result in the immediate termination of this subscription. You agree to notify Vessel Database regarding any billing issues or disputes within 45 days after they have been charged. If any issues or disputes are not brought to Vessel Database's attention within this term, you waive your right to dispute them.

2. Billing Policies

3. Cancel Information
You may cancel this subscription by sending a written notice via our contact form. Cancellation instructions are available through the 'Help' section of your account. In the event you signed up for a minimum commitment period, you will be responsible for all charges for the entire minimum commitment period.

4. Vessel Database's Right to Terminate or Modify Terms
Vessel Database may modify the terms of this subscription, including but not limited to the price, content or nature of the subscription, upon notice to you. In the event that Vessel Database modifies the subscription terms, you may terminate the subscription. Vessel Database may terminate this subscription at any time upon notice to you, provided that you will be entitled to receive the subscription for any period for which you have already paid, or a pro-rated refund (to be determined at Vessel Database's sole discretion). Vessel Database may provide notice by email or by publishing the changes on its Web site. This Agreement will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any term. No notice shall be required from Vessel Database to effect such termination. Upon any termination of this Agreement (whether by you or Vessel Database), you shall immediately discontinue use of the subscription product. Your obligation to pay accrued charges and fees shall survive any termination of this Agreement.

5. Confidentiality
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information. You are responsible for all activities that occur in your account and you agree to notify Vessel Database immediately of any unauthorized account use. Vessel Database is in no way responsible for any loss that you may incur as a result of any unauthorized use of your user account and password.

6. Email Notification
To let you know what new subscriptions are available from time to time, or to notify you of a charge to your account, Vessel Database will send you email correspondence. You agree that as a subscriber, Vessel Database may send you such email to the address you provide. You will receive this email even if you have opted out of receiving other email from Vessel Database. If you do not want to receive this email, you may cancel the subscription at any time as provided in this Agreement.

7. PowerBoat Guide Product Shipping Policy
The PowerBoat Guide product is shipped as is, and replacement for damage or defective products is at the sole discretion of the Vessel Database.The PowerBoat Guide product will ship from three to six weeks from order date, where applicable.

8. PowerBoat Guide Product Return Policy
The PowerBoat Guide product is a free product as promotional offer with some plans. The PowerBoat Guide cannot be returned or exchange for another product, credit or monetary value.
